Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service Scope

We provide tools for social publishing, scheduling, analytics, ads management, media handling, and AI-assisted content. Availability of specific networks and features may vary by region, platform policies, and your permissions.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16, provide accurate information, and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for actions under your account.

Connected Platforms

You must comply with each platform’s terms (e.g., X, Facebook, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, WordPress). We may suspend actions that violate platform rules or trigger rate/abuse controls. Revoking tokens may limit functionality.

User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. You warrant your content does not infringe others’ rights, contain unlawful material, or violate platform policies.

Prohibited Use

• No misuse, reverse engineering, or security probing.
• No spamming, unlawful ads, malicious code, or attempts to circumvent quotas/rate limits.
• No use for illegal, discriminatory, or deceptive practices.

Plans, Fees & Billing

Paid plans, usage-based charges, and taxes are outlined at purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension.

Service Changes & Availability

We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages can occur.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, UI, and branding remain our property or our licensors’. These Terms do not transfer IP rights except the limited usage license to you.

Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You must obtain necessary consents for data you provide (e.g., team members, end users).

Warranties & Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee performance of third-party platforms or AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.

Termination

You may cancel anytime; we may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, access ceases and we may delete data per our retention schedule.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business (or, if none specified, the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is incorporated), excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in those courts, unless an alternative dispute mechanism is provided in your plan.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
